F39&F69–FLEXIBLE RESIN
▌ The difference between F39, F69, F39T and F80
Color:F39 is white, F69 is black, F39T is transparent,F80 is gum or black color
Elasticity: F80 > F39 = F69 = F39T
Tear strength: F80<F39 = F69 = F39T
F80 prints can remain soft at low temperatures, others will become hard
F39 resin is a white flexible resin with a high printing success rate. This resin is designed to provide prints with outstanding tear strength and flexibility. It finds wide application in figure toys such as dolls’ vests, capes, weapons, and footwear, tires, shoe samples, seals, buffers, gaskets, transmission belts, and various flexible prototype production. Additionally, mixing F39 with other resins can enhance the non-brittleness of printed parts.

This resin is not recommended for novice users. Please download the manual before use.
When failed printing with RESIONE setting probably needs to change the supports settings(See more details in RESIONE instruction) or increase the normal exposure time(Printers especially mono screen will have light decay).
Flexible prints are easily deformed during printing, so they need thicker and denser supports.
If the ambient temperature is lower than 25℃, please preheat the resin liquid before printing. And the print will lose its flexibility as the temperature drops.
For F69 prints with a thickness of more than 3mm, both the front and back sides need to be cured for more than 30 minutes when a post-curing box with 40W UV intensity is used. Fully post-cured prints are stronger, have a dry surface and are less likely to be scratched.
If you need a softer and faster rebound resin, please choose F80 resin.
▌ Descriptions
Like rubber: Flexible, tear resistance, folding resistance
Shore hardness: 60-75A, the prints is very soft at a temperature above 20°C, but the lower the temperature, the harder it will become. It will become very hard and impact resistant at 5°C. It has better tear strength than other flexible resins, and the prints can be folded thousands of times.
Easy-to-use soft resin
The release agent is added to its formula, so after each exposure, the curing layer will have less adhesive force when it leaves the FEP film. In addition, the RESIONE team has specially designed the formula to ensure that the printed part exhibits a “soft with rigidity” performance during the printing process, ensuring that it does not deform.
As toughening agent
Mixing F69/F39/F39T resin with tough resin such as K/M58/M68/G217 can make the printed parts tougher, more durable, and not brittle for a long time.
Wide application
Flexible resin is widely used in figure toys, footwear, design and industrial fields, such as tires, shoe samples, seals, gaskets, transmission belts, various flexible prototypes and dolls’ vests, capes, weapons, etc.
Detailed print settings and user’s guide
We provide settings for almost all mainstream 3D printers, and include importable settings files for different slicers, such as Chitubox/Lychee/Anycubic Workshop, etc. We also provide detailed instructions for the use of the resin and supports settings suitable for flexible resin.

F80 is a soft and elastic resin, you can choose between black and pink colors for your printing needs. The pink option is particularly well-suited for creating dental gingival models, while the black option is suitable for making toy tires, shoe samples, seals, buffers, and various elastic prototypes. F80 resin can retain its softness even in colder temperatures. It is not recommended for novice users due to its high viscosity, which can pose a printing challenge.
Descriptions
Soft touch
F80 resin prints have a Shore hardness of 50-60A, soft to the touch, full of elasticity. Pink F80 resin is perfect for making dental gingival models
Good resilience
F80 resin prints have good resilience, and they can quickly recover their shape after deformation.
Low temperature resistance
Even in the cold winter below 10°C, F80 prints still remain soft, although their elasticity will decrease as the temperature decreases.
Broad adaptability
F80 resin is suitable for all mainstream LCD/MSLA/DLP 3d printers on the market, including RGB or Mono screen printers.

TH72 resin can produce long-term non-brittle parts that allow for long-distance transportation and accidental drop. It is an ideal material for printing toy figurines. Hair, capes, swords, etc., all the parts that break so easily, hold up incredibly well with TH72. Additionally, extremely low water absorption ensures stable performance even in high humidity or underwater conditions. Given the compliance of TH72, it can also be used as a toughening agent for other materials.
Descriptions
The prints are not easily damaged
TH72 prints can withstand accidental accidental drops, and it will not be easily damaged during long distance transportation. You can significantly bend or even fold prints with a wall thickness of less than 3mm. It is ideal for printing durable figures.
Long-lasting toughness
TH72 prints will not become brittle over time. After a long time of outdoor environment test in subtropical summer (dozens of days of sunshine and rainy weather) and 8-hour high temperature drying at 50-60 , the prints still maintain toughness and strength, the weather resistance is good.
Hollowed out prints will not crack
The hollowed out model often crack slowly because the interior cannot be completely cleaned and cannot be post-cured. TH72 will not, allowing you to save more material.
Very low water absorption
Water Absorption(48hr) 0.6%, it performs quite well in 3d printer resins, which makes the printed parts not soften due to high air humidity and not crack due to long-term moisture absorption.
As a toughening agent for other resins
The RESIONE team tested that TH72 was added to the rigid/standard resin. When the proportion of TH72 in the mixed resin is 40%, the toughness of the rigid/standard resin is significantly improved and the strength is sufficient.
